What does LuLu Peptides sell?
We supply lyophilized research peptides in sealed vials, plus related laboratory supplies such as bacteriostatic water. Every product is sold for in vitro and laboratory research only.
Who can buy from LuLu Peptides?
Our products are intended for qualified researchers and laboratory professionals who are at least 21 years old. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the products will be used only for lawful laboratory research. We may cancel any order that appears to be intended for another purpose.
Can these products be used in humans or animals?
No. Our products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for use in diagnostic procedures. For the same reason, we do not provide dosing, administration or medical advice, and our team cannot answer questions of that kind.
How can I get purity data or a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Purity data and a Certificate of Analysis are available on request for every product. Email Info@LuLuPeptide.com with the product name (and the lot number, if you have it) and we will send you the documentation.
How should products be stored?
Keep lyophilized peptide vials sealed, frozen at about −20°C and protected from light until use. Bacteriostatic water can be stored at room temperature, away from light. Always handle materials according to your laboratory’s safety procedures.
Is it legal to buy these products?
Our products are sold solely for lawful research purposes. Laws and institutional rules differ by location, so each buyer is responsible for making sure their purchase, handling, storage and use comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5 PM Eastern Time on a business day are shipped the same day. All orders ship from the USA, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number, and you can check the status of your orders anytime from your account page.
What is your return and refund policy?
Unused items in their original, unopened condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable. See our Refund and Returns Policy page for the full details, or contact us before sending anything back.
